Quality of Movement is Quality of Life
How we move—and the pain we experience—affects how we interact and enjoy the world. As a physical therapist, whether you are coming in for post-injury rehabilitation or a general movement assessment, my goals are for you to
Reconnect with your body after injury
Cultivate exploration and joy in movement
Get back to doing the things you love faster
My Approach
Everyone’s movement goals and physical therapy needs are as unique as their fingerprints. When working with patients, what matters to you matters to me. Whether you come in for injury rehabilitation or performance enhancement, here’s what you can expect.
Step 1: Evaluation
This comprehensive hands-on process uncovers what trends in how you move have led you to where you are now. Most importantly, I learn about your goals, and why movement matters to you.
May include movement analysis, strength and mobility assessment, and thorough screening of related body regions.
Step 2: Establish a Plan
I help you get out of pain, move better, get stronger, and know your body better. Want to know how? Let's chat!
Step 3: Empower
My goal is for the knowledge I give you to be tools that you carry with you throughout your movement journey. Together we create a pathway to keeping yourself healthy, happy, and meeting your goals.
